It depends, we could be fully booked or we do not cover your location yet.

charges are incurred when you cancel your bookings before the worker confirms that they are on their ways .

After properly pinning your location on the map, you can proceed to schedule a single visit or browse our packages. A popup will indicate that we do not cover your location yet.

No, you need to have your own cleaning tools at home.

It is mandatory for the client to be at home. We extend our services to family homes only, and are unable to provide the service if a female over 18 years of age is not present during the time of the visit.

The cleaners are available everyday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. We will match you with the closest cleaner to you once the order gets confirmed.

transportation cost.

Our workers are available 7 days a week. the earliest visit will be at 8 am. the last booking time will at 9 pm

You can cancel before the worker gets on their way. the worker will contact you 5 minutes before they arrives. If you don't respond. the worker will leave and will charge you 100% of the visit fee.

You will receive a notification of the visit's status and a reminder prior to your  booking.

Cancellation charges only apply if you cancel or reschedule your session after the workers gets on their way. Fees will be 100% of your total cleaning session. Otherwise, no cancellation fees will be incurred.
